Second season success proves our model works - Haas

The Haas Formula 1 team says their continued strong showing in their second season proves their model works and was the right choice. The American outfit made its debut last year and shocked the field when it scored in the first two races of the season with Romain Grosjean finishing sixth in Australia before topping that with fifth in Bahrain.  The team scored 29 points in total and finished eighth in the standings, 34 points adrift of seventh, and although they're currently eighth with one race remaining in 2017, they've amassed 47 points so far and are just two adrift of seventh (Renault) and a further four off of sixth place (Toro Rosso).
