Hulkenberg: Necessary Renault has two drivers that push team

Nico Hulkenberg says he’s warmed to Carlos Sainz Jr joining him at Renault and believes he’ll be key to bring the team’s development forward to close the gap to the top three teams in 2018. While Hulkenberg is still seen as the lead and experienced driver at Renault the German has embraced his new team-mate and believes Sainz will be able to step up the team’s progress alongside him.
