Lewis Hamilton says there will be no easing off the throttle even if he does not have to win another race after the Japanese Grand Prix as he sets his sights on a fourth Formula 1 world championship title. The Mercedes driver leads Ferrari rival Sebastian Vettel by 34 points in the overall standings with just five races remaining.
