Massa penalised for FP3 yellow flag incident

– Felipe Massa has been hit with a five-place grid penalty for the Belgian Grand Prix after failing to slow sufficiently under double-waved yellow flags in final practice.Massa was summoned to the stewards after Saturday morning's session, with a timing screen update noting that he potentially failed to back off when the yellow flags came out.During the meeting, the panel determined that Massa "made no attempt to significantly reduce his speed", breaching Appendix H, Article 2.4.5.1 (b) of the FIA International Sporting Code."The stewards heard from Felipe Massa, the driver of car 19, a team representative and reviewed video/telemtry evidence which clearly showed that...
