Formula 1 announces Snapchat partnership
– Formula 1 has announced a new partnership with multimedia application Snapchat.From this weekend's British Grand Prix at Silverstone, race-day action will be covered through Snapchat's 'Our Stories', one of three types of content on the firm's Discover platform.Our Stories allows Snapchatters at the same event to contribute through video and photo Snaps to one collective Story, building up a collective account.Formula 1's deal with Snapchat, its first commercial collaboration with a mobile-first platform, "is part of the ongoing strategy to develop the sport on several digital platforms".Following the inaugural 'Our Story' at the British Grand Prix, Snapchat will cover...
