Button thought testing would be 'useless'

– McLaren-Honda stand-in Jenson Button insists he is happy with his preparations for this weekend's Monaco Grand Prix, claiming that an on-track test in Bahrain would have been a "useless" experience.Button, who stepped away from Formula 1 at the end of last season, will return in Monte-Carlo in place of Fernando Alonso, who is contesting the Indianapolis 500.Button turned down the opportunity to drive at the post-race test in Sakhir in April, instead focusing on virtual runs in McLaren's simulator.Speaking ahead of his one-off return, the 2009 World Champion admitted that his build-up was "not perfect", but is confident he will quickly find a...
