Malaysia to host final F1 race in 2017

This year's Malaysian Grand Prix will be the country's final F1 race after a mutual agreement between F1 and the Sepang International Circuit. Malaysia first played host to F1 in 1999, a race won by Ferrari driver Eddie Irvine. Although Sepang had a contract in place that would run through to 2018, F1 commercial boss Sean Bratches has confirmed that the circuit will host its final grand prix this season.
