Mercedes never had the 'perfect day' during testing - Lewis Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton says Mercedes spent much of testing trying to understand its car after admitting it never had the 'perfect day' despite showing good pace and almost bullet-proof reliability. Hamilton's best lap was six-tenths slower than what Kimi Raikkonen managed on the final day, and although the Briton admits they're yet to understand how to get the most from their car, he says he could have gone quicker and confident Mercedes have a good base to build on.
