Sergio Perez: “I feel more confident in the car”
Sergio Perez completed his second day of pre-season testing at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Thursday with the sixth best time in a day split between wet and dry running. The Mexican completed 82 laps in his Sahara Force India F1 Team VJM10, with his best time of 1:22.534 coming on the Soft Pirelli compound, and feels that everything has gone to plan so far this week. Perez is hoping the positive momentum continues into next weeks second test at the same circuit, with still a lot of work to be done ahead of the first race of the season in Australia later this month.
