Stroll: Car issue caused turn five crash

Barcelona testing – Lance Stroll believes he was the 'victim' of a car failure after crashing out of the third day of pre-season testing. Despite the rookie Williams driver clocking 98 laps on his second full day in the Williams FW40, he brought out the red flags twice after spinning off the circuit. The first incident happened just before the lunch break and ended their morning running early. He was able to make up for lost time in the afternoon, however, with the Williams team checking over the car during the lunch hour and sending him back out for comprehensive mileage.
