Raikkonen fastest as drivers venture to supersofts
Barcelona Testing – Kimi Raikkonen was fastest on the second day of pre-season testing, whilst other drivers broke out the supersofts for the first time. The Finn did a 1:20.960 on the soft tyre, eight tenths of a second quicker than Lewis Hamilton’s fastest time from the first day of testing. He also managed to complete 108 laps, making it the second day in a row Ferrari have completed over a century of laps in a single test day. Hamilton was fastest in the morning session with his time on the supersoft tyre, and was just two hundredths off Raikkonen by the end of the day.
