F1 drivers step up training

Whether it be pumping iron in the gym, cycling up mountains or sharpening their driving skills, Formula 1 stars are stepping up their training ahead of what is expected to be the sport's most physically-demanding year. Increased downforce and higher cornering speeds mean drivers are ready for quite the workout once 2017 pre-season testing begins at the end of February and, as you can see, preparation has well and truly begun.
