Ecclestone suggests Singapore could drop F1

– Bernie Ecclestone says organisers of the Singapore Grand Prix may seek to drop the event in the near future, if the city state believes that it has maximised the exposure it receives from the sport.Singapore joined the Formula 1 calendar in 2008 and became the category's first night race, but its current deal, signed in 2012, only has one more year left to run.In a wide-ranging interview with Auto Motor und Sport, Ecclestone brought up the subject of Singapore when asked whether payment methods could change under a potential new Concorde Agreement."We have to look at that," Ecclestone said of the issue."It could happen to us that Mercedes and Ferrari leave."But...
