Verstappen on 'Action of the Year' shortlist
– Max Verstappen is on the shortlist for the FIA's annual 'Action of the Year' award, following his pass on Nico Rosberg at the rain-lashed Brazilian Grand Prix.Red Bull driver Verstappen passed Mercedes rival Rosberg around the outside of Curva do Sol for second position in treacherous weather conditions at Interlagos.Verstappen later dropped to 16th when Red Bull's Intermediate-tyre gamble back fired, forcing its drivers back to Full Wets, but he impressed again with a charge to third.Verstappen is one of nine nominees for the award, along with the likes of Jean-Éric Vergne (Formula E), Joel Eriksson (European F3) and José Maria Lopez (WTCC).Verstappen won the 'Action of the...
