Ocon admits his mistahe and accepts qualifying penalty

Manor rookie Esteban Ocon will start the Brazilian Grand Prix from back of the grid for impeding Renault driver Jolyon Palmer during qualifying at Interlagos. Ocon was investigated after the incident in Q1, where he was behind Pascal Wehrlein but ahead of both Sauber drivers on the timing screens. However the FIA race stewards found that Ocon blocked Palmer in Turn 4, which the Frenchman admits was due to a breakdown in communication with his engineer on the the Manor pit gantry.
