Räikkönen cleared over Sainz Jr. incident
– Brazilian Grand Prix stewards have opted to take no further action following an incident between Kimi Räikkönen and Carlos Sainz Jr. during practice at Interlagos.TV footage showed Räikkönen running deep into Pinheirinho, with Sainz Jr. drawing alongside on the exit of the corner, and passing around the outside of Bico de Pato.Räikkönen trailed Sainz Jr. before utilising a superior exit and slipstream to sweep around the outside of the Toro Rosso driver at Subida dos Boxes.However, Räikkönen cut across the front of his rival as he ducked into the pit lane, the two drivers coming close to contact, a situation which led stewards to begin an investigation.Räikkönen was...
