Ferrari request Vettel Mexico GP penalty review

Ferrari have called on the stewards to review the decision to hand Sebastian Vettel a post-race time penalty at the 2016 Mexican Grand Prix, believing that 'a number of new elements have come to light'. Vettel was handed a ten second time penalty after the Mexican Grand Prix for driving ‘dangerously or erratically' in his defence against Daniel Ricciardo. He was originally promoted to third place following a post-race penalty for Max Verstappen, who was adjudged to have left the circuit and gained an advantage. However, third place eventually went to Ricciardo after Vettel was penalised later on. Race director Charlie Whiting was in attendance at the FIA drivers' press conference...
