‘Talent trumps money with Ocon signing'

Toto Wolff has welcomed Force India's decision to sign Esteban Ocon, saying it is positive for F1 that talent has won over money. Force India announced ahead of the Brazilian Grand Prix that Ocon had signed a multi-year deal with the Silverstone-based team. Ocon, the Mercedes protégé who started this season as a Renault reserve driver before stepping up to a Manor race-seat, will partner Sergio Perez in 2017. His signing has been welcomed by Wolff, who says talent has triumphed over money.
