Stroll sees Bottas as 'great benchmark'
– Lance Stroll has described his 2017 Williams team-mate Valtteri Bottas as a "great benchmark" as he prepares to graduate to Formula 1 alongside the Finn.Williams confirmed on Thursday that newly-crowned Formula 3 champion Stroll will step up to a race seat at the team next season, in place of the retiring Felipe Massa.Stroll, 18, who has been preparing for his debut in the sport by conducting private tests in a 2014-specification Williams, expects to learn "lots" from Bottas, who has started 75 Grands Prix and taken nine podiums."Valtteri is a great benchmark for me," Stroll explained to Sky Sports."He has many years with the team, he's very...
