Marcus Ericsson: 'We will fight back in Brazil”

Marcus Ericsson finished the Mexican Grand Prix just outside the points in eleventh, improving on from his performance in Austin. The Sauber F1 Team driver drove one of the strongest races of the 2016 Formula 1 season, which saw him finish in eleventh. This was a good result for Ericsson, especially as he was caught up in the three way tangle with Esteban Gutierrez and Pascal Wehrlein on the opening lap, and from the incident, the Swedish driver had to pit to receive a new front wing. Ericsson was worried that this was the end of his race, but his was able to continue and finish ahead of Jenson Button.
