Arrivabene brands Vettel penalty 'harsh and unfair'

Ferrari team boss Maurizio Arrivabene has branded Sebastian Vettel’s 10-second time penalty “harsh and unfair”. The German driver was promoted to third place and the podium after a five-second time penalty was given to Max Verstappen. But the stewards later awarded Vettel a penalty for moving under braking while battling with Daniel Ricciardo, which dropped him to fifth in the final results.
