Williams sets date for 2017 F1 driver reveal

Williams Martini Racing has revealed it will officially announce its 2017 driver line-up on November 3rd at its Grove headquarters. The British team is the highest-placed outfit in the standings yet to confirm either of its drivers for next season, though it is expected to announce a contract extension for Valtteri Bottas and the signing of European F3 champion Lance Stroll. With Felipe Massa revealing he will retire from F1 at the end of the 2016 season, Williams was always destined to undergo a driver change, with Canadian teenager Stroll swiftly emerging as the front runner in the wake of the 11-time race winner's announcement.
