Vettel under investigation for bollard incident

Sebastian Vettel has been summoned to see the United States Grand Prix stewards after an incident during second practice. The Ferrari driver is under investigation after he joined the pitlane by not staying to the left of the bollard that marks the pit entry at the end of the session. Race director Charlie Whiting had instructed drivers to stay to the left of the bollard. Vettel appeared to run out of room to stay on the left, as a McLaren was in his way when he turned left before the final corner to return to the pits.
