Mercedes complete first day on wet 2017 Pirelli's

As 2017 Pirelli tyre testing continues, Mercedes completed a total of 80 laps on wets at the Paul Ricard circuit in France, with rookie Pascal Wehrlein at the helm of a mule car. While they tried to keep the track wet to get an accurate reading on the compound, the conditions made it difficult as the sunny skies of South of France, with some wind, kept on drying the track. However, the Manor driver managed to already complete 80 laps in the morning, racking up a total of 135 laps next to his name. The last day of wet compound testing will resume today, with the German youngster again behind the Silver Arrow wheel. The dimensions for the 2017 wet weather tyres are: Intermediate: 305/675-13...
