Gutierrez hits back at Wolff criticism
Esteban Gutierrez has expressed his disappointment at Mercedes boss Toto Wolff’s public criticism after the Singapore Grand Prix. It has been suggested Haas driver Gutierrez failed to respect several blue flags in taking his time to let Nico Rosberg and Daniel Ricciardo through. The Mexican has come under scrutiny for a similar issue in the past, receiving a time penalty in Hungary for holding up Lewis Hamilton, while Ricciardo made the same complaint in Belgium. Speaking after the race, Wolff said: “You have one guy cruising around and interfering in the race and it happens to always be the same guy!” However, Gutierrez is unhappy with the Austrian’s comments....
