Briatore urges Ferrari to set up a base in England
Flavio Briatore believes that Ferrari need to establish a base in England, from where Formula 1's top teams orchestrate their respective campaigns, because that is where the engineering talent is based. Speaking on RAI's GR Parlamento radio programme, Briatore said, 'I've said it for years, that while Ferrari has always been a great manufacturer, it must have a technology satellite in England.'
