Sauber recruits former Haas strategist Buscombe

 XPB Images Sauber has announced another new recruit with the addition of former Haas strategist Ruth Buscombe as strategy engineer. Since being taken over by Longbow Finance in July, Sauber has moved to expand its team following years of financial uncertainty. Nicolas Hennel de Beaupreau was confirmed as head of aerodynamics during the Italian Grand Prix weekend, and now Buscombe - who was chief race strategist at Haas earlier this season - has also joined the Swiss team.
