Ferrari all-out ultrasoft for Singapore

Ferrari drivers Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen are taking nine sets of ultrasofts to Singapore. While the Italian team's aggressive policy looked likely to come to grief in Belgium due to the unusually high temperatures, Ferrari has chosen a similar strategy for the forthcoming Singapore Grand Prix. Last year, Sebastian Vettel took victory as Mercedes encountered a weekend from hell, Lewis Hamilton retiring 32 laps into the race and Nico Rosberg finishing a distant fourth. The only other team adopting a similarly aggressive policy is Haas where both Romain Grosjean and Esteban Gutierrez are taking ninesets of the purple banded tyres, as is Sauber's Marcus Ericsson.
