Important Ferrari ‘had a decent speed’ – Sebastian Vettel

Although just a Friday, Sebastian Vettel feels his Scuderia Ferrari team showed a good turn of speed at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, with the German finishing third fastest in second practice. Vettel also finished fourth in the opening session, and having run the updated Ferrari power unit for the first time after the manufacturer utilised it’s last three engine tokens, and is looking to crank it up a notch during Saturday’s running. “It’s Friday after all, which means it’s not the most important part of the weekend, even if it’s important that we ran and that we had a decent speed,” said Vettel. “In general the car feels good, but we still need to improve from where we...
