Arrivabene: We are modifying our technical structure

In the aftermath of James Allison's departure from Ferrari, team chief Maurizio Arrivabane has revealed that a major restructure is going on within Maranello as former engine chief Mattia Binotto slotting to lead the technical side of the team. Arrivabene told media after the German Grand Prix, 'Binotto will work with the team to help improve the car. All the technicians talk to each other, but the difference is very important: there will be no more of ‘this is ‘Mr X's' car'. There will be a car that will be the result of the co-operation between all the working groups involved in the project.'
