Vettel keen to have “natural” track limits and no penalties

Sebastian Vettel is backing the push for a relaxation of track limits in F1 – and says, in an ideal world, there should be a “natural” deterrent that stops drivers running wide. The Strategy Group has been pushing for a stop to any track limits penalties, and while race director Charlie Whiting has given the drivers more freedom this weekend, he has cautioned that there could still be penalties if anyone is deemed to have gained an advantage. “I think it’s clear,” Vettel said when asked by Motorsport.com. “We talked about it yesterday, and I think we’re all happy with the way it’s handled now.
