Sainz, Grosjean handed grid penalties for German GP Carlos Sainz and Romain Grosjean will both take grid drops for Formula 1 German Grand Prix at Hockenheim. Sainz has been handed a three-place grid penalty for unfairly impeded Williams' Felipe Massa during German GP qualifying. The Brazilian had to take elusive action on the way to Turn 2 at Hockenheim to avoid Sainz's Toro Rosso. After an investigation, the stewards deemed Sainz breached article 31.6 of Formula 1's sporting regulations – impeding another car.
