Alonso and Button criticise ‘dangerous’ Verstappen moves McLaren-Honda F1 ace Fernando Alonso says that, the young sensation Max Verstappen’s driving against Kimi Raikkonen in Hungary was “illegal”, while his team-mate Jenson Button labelled Max was “dangerous” as he was moving around in the braking zone. Max and Kimi were involved in aggressive intense fight in the final stint of the Hungarian GP race and at one point they made slight contact on the run to Turn 2. The contact resulted a front-wing damage for Raikkonen and the Finnish driver branded Verstappen’s defensive driving as “questionable”, adding he had seen people penalised for much less.
