Kvyat unfazed by axing rumours

Daniil Kvyat has rubbished rumours claiming that he will be dropped by the Red Bull family at the end of this season. According to Russian news agency Izvestia, the 22-year-old's 'most recent setbacks seem to have finally convinced Helmut Marko to not renew the contract.' The report, if true, is yet another blow for the driver, who earlier this season was demoted from Red Bull to junior team Toro Rosso. Kvyat, though, is refusing to let the rumours bother him. 'Personally I don't want to waste my f**king time commenting on rumours,' he told Autosport. 'We've these two back-to-back races, and the last one in Hungary wasn't great, so I'll try to work with the team on having a better weekend...
