Mercedes must accept driver 'idiosyncrasies'

– Mercedes boss Toto Wolff says he and the squad must deal with the "idiosyncracies" of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg, and insists no team has successfully managed "two alpha males" for so long.Hamilton and Rosberg have been paired at Mercedes since 2013 and the German's recent contract extension means they will continue to line-up alongside each other until at least the end of 2018.The duo have clashed on a number of occasions but Hamilton has delivered the last two Drivers' titles, with Mercedes triumphing in the Constructors' battle, a feat which looks set to be repeated this year."We wanted to keep the drivers despite all the difficulties,"...
