Hamilton elated by record fifth Hungary triumph

Mercedes AMG Petronas Reigning World Champion Lewis Hamilton revelled in a record-breaking fifth triumph at the Hungarian Grand Prix, as he led home Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg for a 1-2 finish. Hamilton passed Rosberg at the start and controlled proceedings throughout, as he added to previous victories in Hungary, achieved in 2007, 2009, 2012 and 2013. The result lifts Hamilton above Rosberg in the championship for the first time in 2016, having established a slender six-point advantage.
