Recurring fuel issue hampers Palmer

– Renault driver Jolyon Palmer was left to rue a recurring fuel system issue which restricted his running during Friday's practice sessions for the Hungarian Grand Prix.Palmer was able to complete only 18 laps across the three hours of running at the Hungaroring, bringing up the rear of the pack in FP1 before placing 19th in FP2.Palmer, yet to score a point in Formula 1, played down the overall impact of his disrupted practice day but nonetheless expressed some frustration."Obviously today was pretty far from ideal as we only got six laps on track in the morning then 12 in the afternoon," said the 2014 GP2 champion."But I know the track and the car feels pretty decent...
