Bottas queries revised radio regulations

– Williams driver Valtteri Bottas has queried the revised radio regulations, and potential penalties, amid tweaks for this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix.Mercedes issued advice to Nico Rosberg during the closing stages at Silverstone after his car developed a gearbox problem, and he was subsequently handed a 10-second penalty.The FIA clarified ahead of the Hungarian Grand Prix that drivers must now pit in order to be issued with advice on whether to rectify an issue or retire the car.Bottas, though, has questioned whether a post-race penalty would have a lesser impact than having to take an extra trip through the pit lane."For us the rule has been no problem as we haven't had...
