Power Unit Issues Hamper Button

British Grand Prix – The second free practice session proved difficult for Jenson Button, who suffered with power unit isses in his McLaren MP4/31 car. The Briton had to cope with reduced running time in the second free practice session, completing the fewest laps of the drivers who took part in the session. Speaking after the practice day, Button conceded that the issue was power unit related, but refused to divulge further information. 'We had a few issues to do with the power unit, I can't tell you what. It's nothing that's an issue long-term, it's just number-crunching,' said Button.
