Verstappen: Red Bull can be second best

– Max Verstappen reckons Red Bull can emerge as Mercedes' closest challengers at this weekend's British Grand Prix, after an encouraging second practice session for the team.Verstappen finished third at Silverstone while team-mate Daniel Ricciardo was second quickest, behind only Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton.Despite tricky conditions at Silverstone, with the perennial issue of windy weather, Verstappen is optimistic over the pace of the RB12."I enjoy driving here and we are competitive, although it was a bit tricky in the second session with the wind but that's the same for everyone," he said."Long run and short run pace was good so we are hoping to be close to the...
