Lewis Hamilton quickest as Nico Rosberg hits problems in Silverstone FP2

Lewis Hamilton set the pace in second practice for the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, while his team-mate Nico Rosberg failed to complete a lap. Hamilton ended the 90-minute session at the top of the timesheets with a 1m31.660, set in the opening third of FP2 when drivers went for quick laps on the soft tyre. Teams then switched focus for the final part of second practice to longer runs. Rosberg lost crucial track time after an oil leak and spent the session in the Mercedes garage. Daniel Ricciardo showed strong speed for Red Bull Racing in second place, four tenths behind Hamilton.
