Wehrlein ecstatic with best Manor grid slot
Manor Racing Pascal Wehrlein praised his Manor squad and reckons Q3 could have been possible as he qualified a career-best 12th for the Austrian Grand Prix. Wehrlein inched into the top 10 in Q1, securing Manor's first slot in Q2 since Belgium 2014, and wound up in 12th position. "It’s an incredible feeling for me and the whole team," said Wehrlein. "I feel very proud of us today; it’s a measure of how hard we have all been working and a nice reward for that effort. "My lap in Q1 was really good first of all. It was a nearly perfect qualifying.
