Rio Haryanto: “Not such a good one for me today'

Rio Haryanto finished the eighth round of the 2016 Formula 1 season at the Baku City Circuit down in eighteenth. It was looking good for the Manor Racing driver as he qualified a season's best seventeenth during Saturday's qualifying session, ahead of team-mate Pascal Wehrlein. At the beginning of the Grand Prix though, the Haas F1 of Esteban Gutierrez made Haryanto run wide into the wall, where he sustained front wing damage. This lead to a lengthy pit stop at the end of lap one for a new front wing. From here, he was unable to catch up to the rest of the grid, finishing two laps behind race winner Nico Rosberg.
