Bite-size tech: Ferrari SF16-H rear wing

A resurgent display from Ferrari in Canada gives us a glimmer of hope that it will be able to challenge Mercedes as the season unfolds. For Baku the team has arrived with a new rear wing, which utilises a shorter chord and a shallower angle of attack, whilst only three louvres have been placed in the endplate to change the shape of the tip vortex shed at the endplate and flap juncture. This lower downforce configuration will help to maximise the SF16-H's performance on the 2.2km back straight and various other high-speed sections.
