Allison committed to Ferrari amid Renault rumours

James Allison has made it clear he is fully committed to a future to Ferrari, sources at Maranello have revealed, despite speculation in the build-up to the Canadian Grand Prix that Renault has been sounding him out. The Ferrari technical director joined the Maranello outfit in 2013 after getting frustrated about the financial situation at the then Lotus team. Since then he has helped get the team back to the winners' circle and is central to its efforts to deliver a first world championship title since Kimi Raikkonen's title in 2007.
