Kvyat out to prove potential with STR

Red Bull/Getty Images Daniil Kvyat says he is determined to prove his potential with Toro Rosso when Formula 1 visits Montreal this weekend for the Canadian Grand Prix. Kvyat finished on the podium in China but was demoted from Red Bull to Toro Rosso after four races in order to make way for Max Verstappen. Kvyat qualified inside the top 10 in Monaco but a technical problem during the early laps left him a lap down, before retiring in the wake of a collision with Renault's Kevin Magnussen. The Russian youngster was handed a three-place grid penalty for the upcoming race after stewards deemed he caused the incident with Magnussen, but is nonetheless confident of proving his worth.
