Pirelli reports success with Ultra-softs

Pirelli director Paul Hembery remarks on Monaco's successful tests… Tire supplier Pirelli added the new sets to their dry-weather range for 2016. Made up of the super soft's, Soft, Medium, hard and of course, the Ultra-softs designed for street tracks like Monaco and Baku. Paul Hembery, the current motorsport director for Pirelli commented on the positive results they received as well as the data they managed to gather. 'We've had some good feedback from the Ultra Soft tyre, which has delivered everything we wanted from it so far: extra performance and the potential to have an effect on strategy,' said Hembery.
