Alonso: McLaren making Q3 a 'good step'

– Fernando Alonso has warned that McLaren still has to make substantial progress but conceded that making Q3 at the Spanish Grand Prix represents a "good step."Alonso qualified in 10th position for his home event as McLaren made it through to Q3 for the first time since it reunited with Honda at the start of 2015."In truth, we probably deserved this result a couple of races ago," he said."But never mind that now: let's just enjoy it before we turn our attention to tomorrow and look at how we can convert it into world championship points."That'll require some thought because, for the first time this year, we'll be starting on used Q2 tyres – we don't...
