Kevin Magnussen: Catalunya track “can offer some really good racing”

After securing the Renault Sport F1 team’s first points of the season during the Russian Grand Prix, Kevin Magnussen admitted he has been recharging his batteries in the time since his seventh place finish at the Sochi Autodrom. The Danish driver admitted it was nice to be able to train outside more due to the improved weather conditions, as he worked on his fitness ahead of the Spanish Grand Prix at the Circuit de Catalunya. “After Russia I was training and recharging my batteries,” said Magnussen. “The weather’s getting better so I’m doing some training outside, the sun is coming out and that’s a good thing. A nice change after training inside for the entire winter!”...
