Boullier: We still have a long way to go

Eric Boullier says McLaren-Honda still has “a long way to go” in order to match the horsepower of the Mercedes engine, the clear benchmark in the latest 1.6-litre V6 turbocharged era. Having endured a torrid reunion in 2015 amid poor power unit performance and reliability, the British team and Japanese manufacturer have made noticeable headway in the off-season but their package remains off the front-running pace.
